The Hofstra University Pep Band provides exceptional spirit support to the numerous athletic teams on campus at a variety of sporting events throughout the year. Not only does the pep band entertain crowds musically, but they also bring home team advantage to any Hofstra team wherever they go. Additionally, Hofstra’s pep band performs at local charity events and welcomes incoming students at admissions events.

After the coronavirus pandemic decimated the pep band’s budget, they are looking to rebuild what was lost. With the funds raised, they will be purchasing new uniforms and instruments (and repairing the ones that need attention). The funds will also be put toward coordinating bonding events, travel accommodations for tournaments, and an end-of-year banquet celebrating all of the hard work our members contributed to the group.
